We welcome projects addressing the legal and regulatorydimension of the public policies oriented to decarbonization and climateneutrality, in Europe or elsewhere. In particular, we encourage submissionsconcerning (i) the scientific analysis and assessment of some key policies andlegislations, including the European Climate Law adopted in the context of theGreen Deal; (ii) the scientific bases and real achievements of the processesthrough which such legislations are implemented at the administrative law, including the implementing arrangements relying on planning; (iii) the economicimpact of the various climate change legislations. Submissions are expected torely on genuine trans-disciplinarity and to combine strong theoreticalfoundations with an applied social sciences approach.
Openness towards interdisciplinaryapproaches, as well as a solid competence in humanities and social sciencesareas, with specific reference to all domains of law, philosophy andenvironmental studies, will be specifically appreciated.
The research will be mainly carriedout at the Sant’Anna School of Advanced Studies (Pisa – Italy). In thiscontext, the research will be developed within the “Institute of Law, Politicsand Development”, together with the “Interdisciplinary Center Sustainabilityand Climate”.
