About me

I earned a Diploma in agricultural engineering, specializing in valorizing local essential oils. As a sales engineer, I implemented IPM methods and managed hydroponics projects. I moved to Italy for a master's in Mediterranean organic agriculture, co-designing novel organic bread. This inspired my Ph.D. pursuit at IUSS PAVIA, focusing on innovative methods to mitigate climate change.

My research

My research adopts a interdisciplinary perspective, collaborating with local food business  in Central of Italy valorizing Emmer wheat supply chain. the aim is to explore social novel products acceptability at societal economical and nutritional level, and policy dimensions of sustainable development, fostering awareness using a transdisciplinary approach such as the experiential design thinking.
