About me

PhD Student in the Italian National Programme in Sustainable Development and Climate Change. I graduated in Sustainable Rural Development at the University of Perugia with a master's thesis on climate change and livestock farms. Erasmus trainee in 2020 at the Vytautas Magnus University of Kaunas. My long-term ambition is to work for intergovernmental or non-governmental organisations dealing with food security and rural development topics.

My research

The focus of my research is to analyse how the aims set by trade and climate policies affect international agri-food trade. Further objectives are to study possible relationships with technical mitigation measures and compare different sets of policies regarding climate efficiency. Empirical analyses will be performed through a Computable General Equilibrium model (GTAP specifically). Planned visiting period at the University of Reading.
