About me

Before starting this PhD, I was a research fellow at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, in particular I worked within the Manufacturing Group. I obtained my BSc as well as MSc in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano. I was involved in a project with the aim of fostering smart manufacturing's innovation and entrepreneurship within higher education institutions.

My research

My research aims to develop a model for embedding circular economy practices within a human-centric manufacturing system. I am currently carrying out a systematic literature review in order to consider the state of the art of these two concepts linked together (circular economy and human-centric manufacturing system). After unveiling the link between these two concepts, my aim is to create a tangible tool that companies (especially SMEs) can use.
