About me

I am a motivated individual with an engineering degree in agricultural  hydraulics, a master in water sciences and a MSc in sustainable water  management and governance, and with two years of practical experience.  Currently, I am pursuing a PhD in climate change and sustainable development at IUSS, to excel in the field of hydrology and water resources management. My passion for positive change drives me to contribute to the betterment of society.

My research

My PhD project validates and compares hydrological models for simulating river discharge, flooding, and climate statistics. Using a fully coupled  atmosphere, ocean and river model, I investigate the added value in representing precipitation patterns and floods, and link terrestrial hydrological and land atmosphere processes to enable feedback and water cycle closure.
